From Venice Airport (Marco Polo – VCE) or Treviso airport (TSF)
option 1: bus + train
- Take the Fly Bus – express service to Mestre central station (bus fare is €10). Tickets can be bought online or at the airport arrivals machines. Timetables, tickets, and information are available at:

- and then get a regional train from Mestre railway station to Trieste Central Station (less than 2 hours). Tickets can be bought at Mestre station or online here:
option 2: by shuttle
