Conference fee includes access to the conference, conference kit, lunch bags, coffee breaks and the icebreaker (Sunday 10). The conference dinner is not included.

Organizers will not reserve your seat unless all items are properly flagged.
If you are not sure yet about your attendance, take your time till 3 July, 2023.
Reminders will be sent to registrants who have selected no social events.
Cancellation policy
- Before 1 June 2023: refunds will be possible -10% administrative fee
- Before and on 3 July 2023: 80% of registration fees will be refunded
- After 3 July 2023: no refund is envisaged
